Our pro tip to you from us at Novel Education Group is to keep your student involved in the entire shopping process. For example, take your student with you to the store or let them browse the web with you for any online purchases. Whether you go in store or search the web, be sure to have your shopping list with you. In fact, your student can practice being responsible by checking off any items they’ve ordered, and it will also exercise their discipline as they must stick to purchasing items on their list. We believe that when students shop for themselves and have the entire “back to school shopping experience,” the more excited they will be about the new school year.
Though the end of summer can be somber, we are here to remind you that the start of school can be extremely exciting! Try taking a picture of your student on their first day, let them pick out their own outfit to help pump them up. Though we can’t make summer last longer, we can give you tips on how to help your student feel excited and prepared for the upcoming school year.
